Roadtrippin' to Suzuki Land!

My general level of excitement during the entire conference. So much practical help and hope!!!

After sessions finished on Friday, Janine and I decided to take advantage of the break in the rain and walk around a park a few minutes from the conference center.

My favorite restaurant, "The Local."

One of many, many, many amazing sessions! This one is taught by one of my teacher heroes, Teri Einfeldt with her mentor Sandy Reuning.

After sessions on Saturday, I went to a concert in St. Paul with Linda Hurwitz, a teacher in Suffolk, VA. Before the concert we went to a historic hotel across from the Hall for dessert and coffee.

The concert was breathtakingly beautiful. Music of Handel, Purcell and Dowland, performed with skill and passion and grace. It was also my first time experiencing the glorious soprano voice of Joélle Harvey.

A spider dared to hitch a ride inside our car. That arrangement didn't last long.

Safely, sweetly home.
