Whether this coffee shop meant to reference Steinbeck or not, the use of "Timshel" and the meaning within East of Eden it conjures up for me was delightful!

Scoby Farm and Exodus Cry
Last week, Ben and I road tripped to Kansas to see Sarah Scoby and then to Kansas City Missouri to a conference called Exodus Cry. It's a gathering of people working against Human Trafficking and was most refreshing (and sobering). Excellent worship despite multiple petty health barriers (migraine, stomach bug etc) that presented themselves throughout the weekend.
